Every spring and fall, Multifamily NW publishes the Apartment Report that provides the latest rental and vacancy rates across Oregon and Southwest Washington. October’s luncheon is the debut of the Fall 2026 Apartment Report featuring an esteemed speakers panel covering multifamily building sales, development, rental regulations, Portland’s housing policies, and an economic forecast.
