Restaurants and Cafés

Eat and drink like a local or dine all over the world.

Our two Portland Coffee Roasters cafés serve organic coffee, beverages, fresh bakery goods, assorted oatmeal breakfasts, yogurt, and sandwiches. And it doesn’t get more Portland than the Stir Bistro and Lounge, a full-service restaurant with a menu focused exclusively on local flavors and specialties. If you like microbrews, Oregon wine, or homegrown spirits — Stir has it! For heartier appetites, our other restaurant offerings range from delicious burgers to mouth-watering pizza or chicken tenders, all made to satisfy. Enjoy!

Lost and Found

Sometimes you just forget where you set your phone, or you leave your coat on the back of a chair. Lost and found items are tagged, cataloged, and stored for 30 days. After that, unclaimed items are donated.

Find something?
If you’ve found an item, it can be turned into any staff member, or at the OCC welcome desk located in the MLK Lobby.

Lose something?
If you’ve lost something, call OCC welcome concierge at 503-731-7800 or email a detailed description to [email protected]. If you happen to have a photo of your missing item, it will help us identify it.

Visitor Policies

  • Alcohol Consumption

We love our beer, wine and spirits in Portland, but we also want everyone to enjoy their visit in a safe and friendly atmosphere. An alcoholic beverage may only be consumed in the area where it was purchased.

  • Animals

Our animal friends are the best, but animals are not permitted on the convention center grounds. This includes emotional support animals. Only service dogs or miniature horses trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, through a specific action, are allowed.

  • Balloons and Flying Objects

Due to our high ceilings and exposed rigging, no helium (or lighter-than-air) balloons are permitted inside the venue. Visitors are not permitted to bring any flying objects—including drones—into the venue or onto the convention center grounds without the express permission of the executive director.

  • Footwear

Shoes with protective soles must be worn at all times. Walking barefoot inside the building is not allowed.

  • Smoking

The OCC is a non-smoking venue. This includes e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and all smokable substances. Smoking is permitted outside the facility only in designated areas.

  • Weapons

Firearms are banned in all public buildings in Oregon with limited exceptions such as possession of a concealed handgun license. OCC prohibits weapons such as metal knuckles, straight razors, nunchaku, slingshots, explosives or knives over three inches.
