Congratulations to the Oregon Convention Center’s Cindy Wallace on her recent recognition as a woman of influence by The Portland Business Journal (PBJ).
For the past 16 years PJB editorial staffers recognize and celebrate women across the region who are making an impact, cultivating change and bringing the community together. A nominee is considered an established business leader with a strong record of innovation in her field, outstanding performance in her business and/or a clear track record of meaningful community involvement.
Cindy is OCC’s Director of Sales and Marketing, and as OCC Executive Director Craig Stroud puts it, her recognition is well deserved.
“Cindy is well-deserving of this honor,” says Craig. “Her commitment to the Portland hospitality industry and leadership at the Oregon Convention Center is evident and a huge part of OCC’s successes."
The 2019 Women of Influence program takes place Thursday, April 11, at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Portland. Tickets remain available for the event, which is typically one of the PBJ's best-attended networking opportunities.
