IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ABOUT FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: The OCC
has a limited capacity to store and manage any
freight shipped to it prior to your show.
All freight should be shipped directly to your show
decorator.
Should you have special requirements for deliveries,
please contact your show's Event Manager or
Account Executive.
The convention center cannot accept
freight shipments on behalf of exhibitors before or during scheduled
move-in times. Show Management will be responsible for the consignment of
all freight shipments and any arrangements and costs for off-site storage
before, during and following their event.
Any freight will be accepted and stored a maximum of 3 business days prior
to the licensed event day for a fee based on the prevailing rate. It is
imperative that all shipments note the event name and OCC Event Manager to
ensure delivery.
